Longarm Quilting Process
These are the steps when ordering from Stitchin' Threads for longarm quilting services:

Fill out the order form:
Ship the order form with your quilt top or bring it with you if you’re going to drop off your quilt top.

Backing and Batting:
Bring in or send your backing with your top. I will provide the batting for an additional charge. You may choose from 100% cotton, 80/20 blend or wool batting.

Measurements
I will ensure that the measurements on the order form are correct and contact you if there is a discrepency.

Quilt label?
I have an embroidery machine and can have a personalized label made for the back of your quilt. This is an additional charge.

Thread and pattern selection:
Choose from our selection of threads. If there is a color you don’t find here, I can always order a color in. We have a limited selection of variegated threads. We only use Omni and Finesse, usually 50 wt thread.

I will work with you to select a pattern you’ll like:
You can choose from a great selection of patterns.

Longarm quilt stitching:
I will put your quilt on the schedule and work on it in the order received. Any order that requires a rush may incur a fee.

Quilt finishing services: I can machine bind the quilt for you for .20 an inch, or I can return your quilt untrimmed for you to finish.

The quilt is completed!
I will call/text you when it’s ready for pick up if you’re local, or pack it up for safe shipping if you’re not.
